Mission Statement

The mission of Keep Stamford Beautiful, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, Inc., is to serve the citizens of Stamford, CT, by developing andimplementing effective public education and community improvement programs.

Keep Stamford Beautiful, Inc. will enhance the quality of life and economic development of the community by instilling pride, positive attitude and behavior change regarding natural resource conservation, littering, recycling, proper solid waste management and beautification.

Keep Stamford Beautiful, Inc. completed the required certification process with Keep America Beautiful, Inc., and received affiliate status on November19, 1998. Keep Stamford Beautiful, Inc. filed and received a 501(C)3 not for profit status from the Department of the Treasury.
